  1. I have all three of these but haven't got around to reading them yet. They are definitely next on my list now! My top 3 are: 1. How to Win Friends & Influence People - Dale Carnegie 2. Psycho Cybernetics -Maxwell Maltz 3. Shoe Dog - Phil Knight / Ego Is The Enemy - Ryan Holiday
  2. Welcome Rize. If I could give you one piece of advice that I wish I knew at the start, it would’ve to stick to two ‘gurus’ max. Otherwise you get lots of conflicting information that sometimes cancels each other out and ends up being counterproductive in the long run. That is just my personal opinion. But you are in safe hands with the Verum guys for sure. They are some of the most transparent guys out there in this industry. Congrats on the sale!
  3. I'm in the UK. There is talk of football matches being played in empty stadiums, and people are panic buying stuff 😅 Even though it is still not as bad here as other countries... Yet. But I agree, keeping it at a small budget and only targeting a select few countries should be okay for now. It is such a pain, but that's business for you.
  4. I asked a similar question to this over on the previous forum, and John told me that the majority of shipping from China seems to be back to normal. But for some reason I still feel slightly un-easy about starting ads back up. I have spoken to a few people who have had packages held up in some European countries like Italy where the virus is quite bad at the moment. Is everyone running their stores like normal, targeting T1/epack countries etc and shipping from China, or just targeting the US whilst using US based suppliers? For me personally, it seems dangerous to scale big (or at all) at the moment because of the potential problems that could harm business in both the short and long term. If packages start getting held up in other countries too, people will start to get impatient. We all know how unforgiving customers can be, and how trigger happy they are with the chargeback button 🤕 I'm probably overthinking it.. Mixed with watching too much of the news. But just putting it out there. Interested to hear everyone else's view on this.
  5. Really interesting story Darryl. You know you're heading in the right direction when you start running into obstacles!
